What's it like working at Digital Theatre?
Working at Digital Theatre is both an exciting and rewarding experience. I'm immensely proud to be on the front line of our mission to ensure students in every corner of the world have direct access to the arts. Being a part of the company that's pioneering a new form of arts access in the digital age is a special feeling; no day is the same. With new developments, productions and partnerships constantly forming, we're always exploring unknown and uncharted territory, and that certainly gets me out of bed in the morning.
Brad St. Ledger, Key Accounts Manager
I love my job. As a results driven professional I was thrilled when I found Digital Theatre+, a company where I could combine my skills and passion for Literature and Theatre. Interacting with teachers and professors every day to understand how we can shape the future of education is both exciting and rewarding. The environment here is supportive, we all champion each other and have genuine pride in our platform and the difference we make. The ongoing training has helped me to grow and I see a bright future for myself within the company.
Kathryn Parten-Ballentine, Business Development Manager
Being able to work for a company that provides resources to support the teaching and learning of the arts has been such an invaluable experience. From working on set with the production team to developing relationships with key people in both theatre and education, DT+ has provided an incredible opportunity for me to learn, to grow and to be passionate about my work in bringing theatre and performance to a global audience.
Hannah Griffiths, Publishing Manager
When the founders set up Digital Theatre+, their intention was to make the arts more accessible and provide an opportunity for students all over the world to experience a vast range of performances. To have been part of this effort from the very beginning and to see where the company is now, is something I am very proud of. I am surrounded by passionate and talented colleagues and to know that our collective efforts help support students across the world with their studies is incredible.

What we care about:
We believe starting a conversation about mental health shouldn't be hard. That's why we hold regular discussions and talks on mental wellbeing to learn more, share experiences and raise awareness.
As a team, we love to get together to share successes, engage with others and learn from other teams: from monthly Fab Fridays with drinks and snacks in the office, to competitions, games nights, FIFA tournaments and pub quizzes!
Healthy body, healthy mind! We encourage regular exercise which leads to better performance. Digital Theatre+ offers employees regular free yoga and meditation classes and Wellness Wednesdays - a later start on the first Wednesday of each month to make time for fitness activities.
We love giving back to causes we care about! Bake sales, charity auctions, or your own fundraisers; everyone gets involved!
We are always thinking of new ways to make life at work more enjoyable. From group socials, the DT+ Book Club and Lunch & Learn sessions, there are always new ways to get to know colleagues and share ideas.
