What we care about:
We believe starting a conversation about mental health shouldn't be hard. That's why we hold regular discussions and talks on mental wellbeing to learn more, share experiences and raise awareness.
As a team, we love to get together to share successes, engage with others and learn from other teams: from monthly Fab Fridays with drinks and snacks in the office, to competitions, games nights, FIFA tournaments and pub quizzes!
Healthy body, healthy mind! We encourage regular exercise which leads to better performance. Digital Theatre+ offers employees regular free yoga and meditation classes and Wellness Wednesdays - a later start on the first Wednesday of each month to make time for fitness activities.
We love giving back to causes we care about! Bake sales, charity auctions, or your own fundraisers; everyone gets involved!
