How can Digital Theatre+ help you teach Shakespeare?
Another new Shakespeare production, the English Touring Theatre's Macbeth was captured live at the Bristol Old Vic in 2024. This production stars Mike Noble (Game, Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime) as Macbeth, and Laura Elsworthy (Romeo and Juliet, The Taming of the Shrew) as Lady Macbeth.
From a wholly unique portrayal of the witches, to a multimedia format that sees Macbeth walk the stage with a handheld camera, the ETT's Macbeth is a practical and engaging resource for encouraging new, diverse interpretations of Shakespeare. It is also especially suited to discussions around set design and technical theatre.
