Since 2007, the Amerian-based National Jewish Theater (incorporated as the National Jewish Theater Foundation) has presented theatrical works internationally that celebrate the richness of Jewish heritage, artists and culture.

It is their commitment to celebrating Jewish history and artistry that has inspired the leaders and donors of National Jewish Theater to launch an international Holocaust Theater Archive, a digital website cataloging plays from 1933 to the present.

This archive, supplemented by educational programs and theatrical productions both live or filmed, will help illuminate how one of the greatest tragedies in Jewish and world history has been made more comprehensible by the insights, creativity and courage of Jewish artists and others of differing backgrounds.
