Orlando Gough, composer, is one of the UK's most prolific musical talents, creating work for theatre, dance, opera, television, film and live events since the early 1980s.
As a composer, librettist, lyricist and musical director, Orlando has collaborated with leading industry figures Siobhan Davies, Polly Findlay, and Rufus Norris. He is renowned for co-founding minimalist ensemble The Lost Jockey and for his Artistic Directorship of the award-winning choir, The Shout. Orlando recalls his first attempts to penetrate the industry, considers the importance of space in creating sound and explains why singing is the rawest form of performance.
