Ink Pellet magazine runs feature on Digital Theatre Plus

Ink Pellet magazine has praised Digital Theatre Plus as “an ‘Aladdin’s Cave’ of theatre…with a backstage pass and pre- and post production sessions thrown in” in their magazine feature Let’s Get Digital.

In the article, Edna Hobbs, an English teacher at Lytchett Minster school, reviews Digital Theatre Plus and talks about why our website works for her.

For Edna, one of the big plusses is that students are able to access the resource from home. They can watch the rest of a Digital Theatre Plus production or the many ‘behind the scenes’ clips with their own username and password.  “Homework is taken care of” she writes, “So simple, so stress-free!”

Edna also highlights our ‘Making Theatre’, ‘Study Guides’ and ‘Teaching Support’ sections as “offering a richer experience of theatre than you’d get on the average, exhausting outing”, which give students “a fascinating look at how the productions they’ve seen have been made”.
