Meet the panel:

Alesha Tatum-Howe
Alesha is our Head of Schools, commissioning and curating all content and resources for students and their teachers. She has spent several years pursuing acting, studying and teaching at Playhouse West in North Hollywood. She then spent 13 years (2 years in Middle School and 11 years in High School) as a Theatre Director and District Secondary Lead Theatre Educator.

Dr. Joseph R. D'Ambrosi
Dr. Joseph D’Ambrosi (or, “Dr. D”) is an award-winning educator, arts leader, and theatre artist-scholar dedicated to expanding access to high-quality arts education. He serves as the Fine and Performing Arts Resource Specialist for the School District of Osceola County, where he supports more than 190 teachers and 75,000 K-12 students across 65 schools. In this role, he works to ensure that all students—regardless of background—can engage in enriching, equitable arts experiences.

Katie Pritz
Katie Pritz is passionate about helping students discover their God-given talents — especially the ones they didn’t know they had! She believes theatre is a powerful tool for building confidence and loves guiding students as they grow into bold, expressive performers who embrace their unique abilities.
An Oklahoma native, Katie graduated from Oklahoma State University and earned her Master’s degree from Midwestern State University. She’s been married for 24 years and has lived an adventurous life around the globe—including Abu Dhabi, UAE, and Bangkok, Thailand—thanks to her husband’s military career. Together, they’re proud parents of two college students and one high school junior.

Joselyn Ludtke
Joselyn is an experienced theatre teacher with a demonstrated history of working in the secondary education industry. She is skilled in secondary education, classroom management, theatre, lesson planning, and editing.
She is a strong educational professional with a Master's degree in Theatre/Theater from Roosevelt University.
Joselyn's doctoral research focused on guiding teachers in student context and reflexive teaching and learning, in the process of data analysis. She is currently conducting research in Applied Theatre in the Technical Theatre classroom with the Connected Arts Network (CAN).
