Meet the experts

Katie Blackerby Weible

Katie Blackerby Weible

Katie Blackerby Weible is chair of the theatre department at the Youth Performing Arts School at duPont Manual High School in Louisville, KY. As an actor, Katie has performed extensively across the country with roles Off-Broadway and at regional theatres. She's also directed at the Music Theatre of Louisville and Stage One. This summer, she'll be studying teaching methods for Shakespeare through performance at the Globe Theater in London as a TLab scholar.

Brian Hinds

Brian Hinds

Brian Hinds is a theatre faculty member at the Youth Performing Arts School. Brian spent ten years with The Children’s Theatre of Maine, where he served as an actor, instructor, and director. Since moving to Louisville in 2008, he has acted in numerous productions including roles at the Kentucky Shakespeare Festival and other area theatres. Brian is a member of the Louisville Improvisors.
